Esther Yap

Dr Esther Yap is a General Paediatrician with a special interest in allergy and developmental medicine. She initially worked as a pharmacist, before completing a Doctor of Medicine at the University of Melbourne. She completed the majority of her paediatric training at The Royal Children’s Hospital, Monash Children’s Hospital, and Eastern Health. She is currently undertaking a Graduate Certificate in Allergic Diseases at Western Sydney University, enabling her to deliver evidence-based care for children with allergic conditions.

She works closely with families to provide thoughtful, personalised care that recognises each child’s unique strengths and needs. Outside of clinical practice, Dr Esther is a proud mother of two young children. She enjoys travelling and exploring new playgrounds.
